He promptly showed up and got right to work. He and his assistant did an excellent job on our deck, windows and gutters. They even pressure washed our side concrete steps as a bonus. Fallen trees from Hurricane Helene knocked oxidation off the vinyl siding of my home resulting in shiny areas and streaks. The resolution Josh executed appeared to work. However, the next day, one could see it had been approximately 85% corrected. Josh executed plan B and it worked like a charm. I appreciate the attention to detail by Josh and Hayes. The house looks great and the difference in the driveway is incredible. This company is different from others I have used over the years. Most of them spray a cleaner on the house, let it "work" for about 15 minutes and then rinse it off. JB Applewhite's worked 2.5 hours with cleaner and brushes. Josh just completed cleaning our roof as well as the house. He runs his business like one is supposed to be run. Responsive, reasonable price, shows up 10 minutes early, keeps us posted on the progress. Could not ask for a better result and he emphasizes if something does show up and needs a little extra work, he wants you us to call so he can return and finish what he started.
